There is an ongoing conversation in the world. A discussion that never stops. Part of that discussion takes place among people, using spoken and written languages. But most of the conversation is nonverbal... behavior, emotions, cultures, including even the actions and reactions of plant and animal life. My work is intended to be a small contribution to that conversation; I express myself in the pieces I produce then I display them so that others may “hear” what I have to say. The discussion is then carried forward by the reaction from those who see and touch what I've produced. My voice is very small, barely a whisper. It's not intended to change lives or even change minds. My pieces are just thoughts, an idea here and there, something that I've noticed that might be of interest to someone else. To be taken in or left behind.
